Tier 1-General Migrant Appeal View details: We won this very difficult appeal at a time when our client had lost all hopes of remaining in the UK as a Tier 1 Migrant. Case was won as a result of extensive preparation and quality representation.
Appeal against refusal of Entry Clearance View details: After 10 minutes into the hearing of the case, the Immigration Judge decided that he will allow the appeal. Again, a case of winning through good preparation and advice on evidence.
Asylum Appeal View details: The client sought our assistance to represnt her at her Asylum Appeal hearing at very short notice. We were saddened to see that some of the important parts of her asylum claim as well as her personal circumstances had not been put forward to the Home Office.
